Instructions for Teachers on Using the Platform:

1. Profile and Schedule Completion

Complete the "Profile | Categories | Schedule" section for a more detailed description of your skills, categories, and availability schedule. Ensure that the phone number in the "Personal Information" section is up-to-date, as SMS notifications will be sent to this number upon receiving new requests.

2. Receiving and Processing Requests

1. When receiving a request from a student for a trial lesson (section "Leads"), open the request to view the student's phone number. In the "Additional Information" section, you will find details on which messenger to use to contact the student, as well as their available days and times for lessons. Navigate to the "Booking" section to find out the day and time the student has enrolled for a trial lesson.

2. Contact the student to confirm the trial lesson.

3. Trial Lesson: The first trial lesson is conducted to get acquainted, test the student, and create a schedule. Its duration is 15-20 minutes, and it is not paid.

4. After completing the trial session, go to the "Booking" section and choose a regular or single lesson, specifying the day and time. Inform the student about the need to top up their balance in their personal account.

3. Conducting Lessons

In the "Lessons" section, all scheduled lessons, including today's and future ones, will be displayed. Click "Completed" to mark the lesson as finished. The number of paid lessons for the student will be shown in the "Balance" column. The payment amount is calculated automatically.

4. Withdrawal of Funds

To withdraw funds, select "Withdrawal of Funds" in the menu and add payment information. After confirmation, a withdrawal request will be submitted, and payment will be processed within 48 hours.

Note: The platform commission for tutors is 0%. For students, the final cost is indicated in your profile on the website.
